Robert E. Gordon is an Associate at Wright & O’Donnell. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gordon practiced law at prominent law firms in Norristown and Doylestown where he practiced in many areas of civil litigation, including representing both plaintiffs and defendants in landlord-tenant actions, breach of contract cases, aggrieved shareholders in breach of fiduciary duty matters, claims arising under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, and the Uniform Commercial Code. He has litigated on behalf of individuals and major corporations and appeared in courts throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. As a registered patent attorney, Mr. Gordon also has a strong interest in intellectual property law, and is an active member of the intellectual property law sections of many local bar associations.
Mr. Gordon was raised in Montgomery County, and currently resides in lower Bucks County with his wife, son, dog, and two beloved cats. He maintains a modest vegetable garden in the spring and summer months, and spends an inordinate amount of time and effort cheering on (and complaining about) the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, 76ers, and Penn State. Mr. Gordon has shared with his family season tickets for the Eagles for nearly twenty years.
