New Jersey Court Grants Summary Judgment in Favor of Hotel Shuttle Bus Driver

In an accident pursuing claims for personal injury by passengers on a hotel shuttle bus, a New Jersey Superior Court Judge granted Summary Judgment in favor of the hotel and shuttle bus driver finding there was no evidence of negligence on the part of the shuttle bus driver. The incident involved a four-car collision wherein the shuttle bus was hit from behind by one of the other vehicles involved in the accident. Two passengers on the shuttle bus brought suit against the hotel and the shuttle bus driver seeking recovery for personal injury sustained as a result of the accident. The Judge granted Wright & O’Donnell, P.C.’s Motion for Summary Judgment finding that there was no evidence of any negligent action by the shuttle bus driver.
